Ahead of the “biggest reunion in time and space”, official Doctor Who media has invited fans across the world to watch the adventures of the Doctor and Donna Noble together and post on social media with the hashtag, #DoctorDonnathon on Saturday 4 November, starting at 09:45 GMT.
The marathon watch-along of the Doctor and Donna’s previous adventures will span fourteen hours.
The Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna (Catherine Tate) will reunite for three Doctor Who 60th anniversary specials to air later in November; The Star Beast, Wild Blue Yonder and The Giggle.
Since it occurs on a Saturday, this watch-along could be a hint that the three specials will transmit on the following three Saturdays in November.
UK fans will be able to watch along with all the episodes via BBC iPlayer. Fans around the world can watch the episodes on DVD or on demand via the streaming services available in their county.
There is also a competition available to fans in the UK to win tickets to an in-person screening of all the adventures at the Genesis cinema. This competition is open to UK residents only and entrants must be over 18. The competition closes on 11 October, 23:59 BST.
The Doctor Who website will release an episode schedule (with breaks) ahead of the day-long watch-along.
